When our team got the Raid assignment, we knew we’d have a fun time diving into the creepy crawly elements of the campaign.
Throughout the campaign, we wanted to utilize visuals and ideas to make consumers squirm. After all, you won’t know they’ve hit you until they’ve hit you, so being proactive is always the best course of action.
These prints are all up close and personal. The colloquial and conversational language I used throughout the body copy presents the insects themselves as characters with distinct, filthy personalities.
OUT OF HOME
Our out of home idea features giant bug installations in places that would shock consumers. Think the richest part of town, a hospital, or a Michelin Star dining establishment.
SOCIAL
Squatter’s rights have always been one of the scariest things to me, so when I came to imagine them being used in defense of an infestation, I was appalled. Perfect!
The Roach family taking over the mailbox symbolizes the impending infestation coming unless Raid saves the day.
